About the program:

There are 3 levels that can be unlocked, each step-up gives you more rewards (and points return)! The levels are Sipper, Elite and VIP.

 

Earn points to unlock each level:

Sipper: everyone starts here!

Elite: 200 points

VIP: 600 points

*expire 1 year after the day in which such level was unlocked if you do not earn enough points to maintain it

 

Privileges for each level:

Sipper:

• Birthday Reward (1 Free medium drink with 1 topping) - expire on the same day

• Download reward ($5 off on first mobile order, min. spend of $10) - expire in 30 days

• Personalized offers

• Every $1 spend = 1 point

 

Elite:

• Everything that Sipper level has

• Unlock Reward 1 (1 Free Large drink, max. $10) - expire in 2 weeks

• Unlock Reward 2 (1 x 30% off of whole order, max rebate: $30) - expire in 30 days

• Every $1 spend = 1.2 points

 

VIP:

• Everything that Elite level has

• Unlock Reward 1 (1 Free Large dink, max. $10) - expire in 2 weeks

• Unlock Reward 2 (1 x 50% off of whole order, max rebate: $50) - expire in 30 days

• Every $1 spend = 1.5 points

 

 

*Birthday reward only effective for redemption 1 day after first sign-up, and valid for customers who have made a minimum $2 purchase within the past 365 days

*Customers need to spend at least $10 to redeem the Download reward ($5 off on the first mobile order). Please note that this offer cannot be combined with other promotions

*Points will be expired 1 year after the day in which such points were earned. For example, if you earn your points on August 1, 2024, they will expire on July 31, 2025. The oldest accrued points will be used first for redemptions.
